Account Rules

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• Misuse, fraud, or policy violations may result in suspension without refund.

Payments & Withdrawals

• Deposits into the in-app wallet are non-refundable.
• Winnings can be withdrawn to verified payment methods.
• Bonus credits or promotional rewards cannot be withdrawn and may only be used in tournaments.

• Account Info: Name, email, phone number, profile picture, login details.
• Gameplay Data: Tournaments, scores, results, and in-app activity.
• Payment & Wallet Info: Deposits, withdrawals, winnings, transaction history.

One Account Per User

• Each player is allowed only one account.
• Creating multiple accounts or using fake identities is prohibited.

No Cheats or Hacks

• Using third-party software, hacks, scripts, or modifications is forbidden. We have a zero-tolerance policy for a legit gaming experience.
• Players caught cheating will face suspension or permanent ban without refund.

Fair Competition

Players must join tournaments honestly with their own skills. This is a skill-based gaming platform. Collusion, teaming, or match-fixing is not permitted.

Responsible Behavior

Respect other players. Abusive language, harassment, or threats in chats or lobbies will not be tolerated. Toxic behavior may lead to suspension or permanent ban.

Device & Network Integrity

Players must use their own device and stable internet connection. Emulators, unauthorized devices, or VPNs to manipulate gameplay may result in penalties.

Reporting Violations

Players are encouraged to report suspicious activity via the in-app support system. All reports will be investigated and appropriate action taken.

Consequences of Violations

• Warning notice
• Temporary suspension
• Permanent account ban
• Forfeiture of winnings or wallet balance

General Policy

All purchases made through Last One Standing are final and non-refundable, except as required by law. Digital goods, in-app purchases, and virtual currency cannot be refunded.

Deposits & Purchases

• Deposits into your Last One Standing wallet are final and non-refundable.
• Tickets purchased for tournaments are non-refundable unless the tournament is cancelled.

Bonus & Promotional Credits

Bonus money, promotional credits, or rewards cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or refunded. They can only be used to join games as per app rules.

Tournament Cancellations

If a tournament is cancelled by Last One Standing, the ticket fee will be refunded to your in-app wallet. Refunds will be wallet balance unless otherwise stated.

Withdrawals

Winnings successfully withdrawn to your bank/UPI account cannot be reversed or refunded once processed.

Disputes

If you believe a refund is required due to an error (double charge, failed transaction), contact support within 48 hours. Refunds are reviewed case by case and processed within 7–10 business days.

Fraud & Misuse

Any attempt to abuse the refund system may result in account suspension or permanent ban without refund.
